Forgotten Soldiers Outreach is honored to send  a “we care” package on a monthly basis to your United States Serviceman or United States Service woman who is deployed overseas.  This is anyone serving in any branch of military and  who is located anywhere overseas. Simply complete the form below and we’ll add him/her to our list.

Help us avoid returned packages. Please ensure that all information is accurate including email addresses.

All content is reviewed to ensure respectful, appropriate, and mission-aligned usage.
