Forgotten Soldiers Outreach
FSO is honored to again be the “recipient” charity of the proceeds from the beer sales at this HUGE Annual International Event from October 30th – November 2nd
This event will be a 5 day event that we will need volunteers for. This year we will be located inside the convention center. Parking is a bear and you will have to pay for parking. Admission will be free. Here is the instructions for that. Your FSO point of contact will be John Oldham 561-503-5819. When you get to the convention center to enter, you will need to call John at the above referenced number and he will bring your volunteer credentials. We will be located at booth 3019.
Here are the days and shifts we will need volunteers for:
Thursday, October 30th
10am to 1pm, need two volunteers
1pm to 4pm, need two volunteers
4pm to 7pm, need two volunteers
Friday, October 31st
10am to 1pm, need two volunteers
1pm to 4pm, need two volunteers
4pm to 7pm, need two volunteers
Saturday, November 1st
10am to 1pm, need two volunteers
1pm to 4pm, need two volunteers
4pm to 7pm, need two volunteers
Sunday, November 2nd
10am to 1pm, need two volunteers
1pm to 4pm, need two volunteers

Monday, November 3rd
10am to 2pm, need two volunteers
2pm to 5pm, need two volunteers
Cut off on letting us know if you can volunteer will be October 27th as we have to know how many volunteers that will be volunteering. We have to turn in the number to the company that is hosting the event. Please email Gina at [email protected] with the day and shift you are available to volunteer.
