FORGOTTEN SOLDIERS OUTREACH PREPARING HUNDREDS & HUNDREDS OF “WE CARE” PACKAGES

AT MAY PACKING EVENT “ARMED FORCES DAY” SATURDAY, MAY 21ST

Lake Worth, Florida –With more deployments underway, hundreds and hundreds of “We Care” packages will be prepared to benefit well over 1,000 of our deployed United States Armed Forces “We Care” packages are schedule to be prepared at our May Packing Event on Saturday, May 21st from 10am-2pm.  The timing is perfect day for the packing as we celebrate Armed Forces Day, in the special month of May, which is also Military Appreciation Month.

“With Memorial Day just around the corner, this weekend should serve as a big eye opener to the American public”, says Lynelle Chauncey Zelnar, Executive Director and Founder of Forgotten Soldiers Outreach.

A Chaplain just registered almost 1,000 men and women to our list of recipients, and noted in his comments, “He is in the location where a few months back a team of Air force on patrol were bombed and killed.  It is a very dangerous area they are in. “

On Tuesday, May 24th at 9:15AM Two Men and A Truck West Palm Beach will again generously donate their time and manpower to load and transport all the “We Care” packages to the Post Office on Lake Worth Road to be shipped out!  “Two Men and A Truck WPB have been big supporters and contributors to Forgotten Soldiers Outreach for many years, we just can’t thank them enough”, comments Zelnar.  **MEDIA TIME:  9:15AM on May 24th

Since the beginning, 13 years ago, FSO has benefited over 400,000 of our military covering all world theaters and all branches of the military by our mission of sending monthly “We Care” packages to our troops serving overseas and sending that little bit of home to those who receive little or no support from the home front!
