Boca Raton, Florida– Via Mizner Golf & Country Club continue their mission in hosting their 10th Annual Support our Troops Tennis and Golf Tournament Fundraiser to benefit Forgotten Soldiers Outreach, Inc. (“FSO”) on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at Via Mizner Golf & Country Club at Boca Raton, 6200 Boca Del Mar Drive.

The tennis tournament will commence at 10AM, the golf tournament will commence at 12:30PM.   Following the tournaments, cocktails and the silent auction will begin at 4:30, followed by dinner music and an amazing Keynote Speaker.  In honor of the 10th Annual, the highlight of the event will be the Keynote Speaker Retired First Sergeant Matt Eversmann, the Army Ranger that inspired the book and movie, Black Hawk Down.

In previous years, this event has exceeded our expectations.   As Forgotten Soldiers Outreach enters our 13th Anniversary of our serving our troops, we look forward to another fantastic fundraiser.

This event has been very personal to Art Snow, as his son Sgt. Andrew Snow was one of our first recipients with two tours and is now retired US Army.

“Each year it never ceases to amaze me to see the support continue to grow from the members and their friends of theVia Mizner Golf & Country Club.    It is great to see people come together to show their support of our troops overseas and put their political views aside.”  A special heartfelt thank you to Art Snow as well as to the Via Mizner Golf & Country Club and Penn Florida in assisting Forgotten Soldiers Outreach to continue to achieve our mission by sending encouragement to our deployed United States Servicemen and women currently serving overseas to all the world theaters.”  says Lynelle Chauncey Zelnar, Executive Director and Founder of Forgotten Soldiers Outreach, Inc.

For more information on this event, you may contact Art Snow, Director of Tennis at 561-392-8118.
